How much does iDirres cost? |
A working copy of iDirres with 5 user licenses, complete with functioning
shopping cart and numerous other features, costs
£68.00 (ex VAT) per month. Which works out at just under 45p a day per user!

How long do I have to commit to you? |
That’s the great thing... you subscribe to iDirres month by month,
and you only have to give 28 days’ notice if you wish to
stop using iDirres.

How do I pay for iDirres? |
We ask that the first month’s payment is made either
through our shopping cart, or by cheque, then subsequent payments are collected through a reputable
Direct Debit collection company.

I know nothing about barcode scanners; can you help? |
Cogitar Software has found a company
who can provide the best barcode
scanners for your needs.
We recommend this specific brand
(DataLogic)
as we have developed and
tested the solution against it.

May I use my existing bar code scanner? |
A number of different USB scanners have been
tested with iDirres and we are pleased to say
that all of them were successful. However,
for reasons of optimum software compatibility
we recommend the DataLogic
80 as our approved solution.

Will we need to rebuild our website to use your shopping cart? |
Our Shopping cart application is simple and
ease to integrate into your existing website.
All your developer has to do is “frame”
through to the shopping cart and iDirres
does all the rest.
To you customers it appears as if it’s your business.

Can I change the graphics on the shopping cart? |
Yes, you can; please contact us for more information.

Where can I find help? |
iDirres has a comprehensive help file system.
All you need to do is log into the customer
area and you can easily find the information you require.
Should you have a problem for which you cannot
find a solution, you may log a support call
through the customer portal
(details in your iDirres set-up pack).
If you have purchased the telephone
support option, please use the number provided to you.
