The site is designed to be "fluid" this means that no matter what size you view the site
at, it should fill the screen.
At Cogitar Software we can develop "fluid" sites so that people viewing your site
don't see a site marooned in the middle of the screen - unless the client asks for that!
The site was also designed for WAP traffic from the outset so graphics and alike had to be designed for the WAP site.

1 - Browser Compatibility |
|
|
We make sure that our websites work with the majority
of the browsers that will visit your site (Firefox / Netscape / Microsoft Internet Explorer).
This was even more important as whilst 85% of the traffic on the
Internet visiting our sites originates from PC based platforms, the publishing industry
tends to use Apple Macintosh © so we had to make sure
this site worked well cross platform. |

2 - WAP Site |

Working with The Group Company we realised
that there needed to be a way for clients to have
access to information when on the move.
We developed a WAP site to help clients who needed to be able
to access information with ease
With our SMS products we can further develop this capability
as the market needs are further established.

3 - Fluid design |
|
|
If you view the site on an 800 x 600 pixels screen the
site will fill the full screen.
If you view the site in a screen resolution of 1400 x 1050 pixels the site will still
fill the full screen. Developing sites like this has an impact on the development as
you have to think about how the graphics will work to the best effect.
