With Cogitar Contact Resource you can carry our complex linking of people to resources. Add new contacts
The application is designed to allow people to add and update information about contacts, thus keeping information up-to-date and relevant.
Manage Contact Relationships
The application is designed to allow user to be able to add multiple contacts to companies. Cogitar Contact Resource also allows the linking of contacts to multiple companies.
Add comments
The application allows you to store free text comments information against a user.
Mail merge
The application allows you to run a mail merge from the data.
Export to Excel
The application allows you to export data to Excel.
Build your own reports
Customers can build and design their own reports to extract data. This gives an added level of functionality to the user, and makes the product more responsive to your needs.
User Opt in/Opt out
The application allows users to decided if they want to opt in or opt out of receiving marketing information.
Internet interface
With this option your customers can log into the system through the web interface. This means that they can update and maintain their own details.
Intranet interface
This means that your users can use the system through your company Intranet server. Did you know Cogitar Software also develop Intranets?
Administration interface
The Administration interface allows the adminsitrator to update and manage the system. Features are such as adding additional title types (System has basic tiltes such as Mr / Mrs etc). System also allows people to add Address types - this means you can add titles for address tyeps "Accounts Office" etc.

Development work is not as expensive as you might think, but can save money and time for most companies. Please talk to us for more information.
