You have three options available when you purchase Cogitar Software’s Amplified Cloud product.
One option is to pay a one-off, non-refundable set-up fee: this provides you with telephone support to help
you set up your system.
A further option is to pay for a non-refundable customised website design and support fee.
With both these options, the extra payment is non-refundable under the 14-day offer.
Finally, many users feel competent enough to set up their own system using the manuals we supply,
and therefore purchase the product without the set-up fee (we do still provide free product support via our
online customer services desk).
However, if you wish to purchase the set-up package later on you may do so at any time. Please contact us if you should have any questions.
