How much does Amplified Cloud cost?


A working copy of Amplified Cloud with 5 user licenses, complete with functioning shopping cart and numerous other features, costs £20.83 (ex VAT) per month. Which works out at just under 14p a day per user!
 

How long do I have to commit to you?


That’s the great thing... you subscribe to Amplified Cloud month by month, and you only have to give 28 days’ notice if you wish to stop using Amplified Cloud.
 

How do I pay for Amplified Cloud?


Payment is made through our shopping cart, via PayPal then subsequent payments are collected through PayPal a reputable collection company.
 

I know nothing about barcode scanners; can you help?


Cogitar Software has found a company who can provide the best barcode scanners for your needs. We recommend this specific brand (DataLogic) as we have developed and tested the solution against it.

May I use my existing bar code scanner?


A number of different USB scanners have been tested with Amplified Cloud and we are pleased to say that all of them were successful. However, for reasons of optimum software compatibility we recommend the DataLogic 80 as our approved solution.
 

Will we need to rebuild our website to use your shopping cart?


Our Shopping cart application is simple and ease to integrate into your existing website. All your developer has to do is “frame” through to the shopping cart and Amplified Cloud does all the rest. To you customers it appears as if it’s your business.
 

Can I change the graphics on the shopping cart?


Yes, you can; please contact us for more information.
 

Where can I find help?


Amplified Cloud has a comprehensive help file system. All you need to do is log into the customer area and you can easily find the information you require.
 
Should you have a problem for which you cannot find a solution, you may log a support call through the customer portal (details in your Amplified Cloud set-up pack).
 
If you have purchased the telephone support option, please use the number provided to you.
 

Do you provide staff training?


Yes we do provide training: Please contact us for further details.
 
We also welcome enquires from training companies who would like to become training providers.
 

How flexible is Amplified Cloud?


Amplified Cloud contains numerous options to help improve business organisation, efficiency and capabilities. We have designed Amplified Cloud to allow for its use in many diverse industries, yet still we are able to offer a unified response to your needs.
