Our pricing structure is transparent and open to view.
These prices are the same whether you purchase Amplified Cloud from
Cogitar Software or from our resellers.
If you are paying more than the values set out below
please contact us so we may investigate.

Core Amplified Cloud pricing |
|
All purchasers of Amplified Cloud must purchase the correct number of licences.
All installations of Amplified Cloud come with a base pack of 5 user licences
(excluding the 1 user version).
If you require more licences then you may purchase additional licences
in blocks of 5 or 10 licences.

Payments are made monthly and in advance for the service,
which means that you only purchase Amplified Cloud for one month at a time.
We are confident our users find Amplified Cloud an excellent aid
to their business: that’s why we are happy for customers to buy month-by-month.

Optional Amplified Cloud services |

We believe that Amplified Cloud offers the best value for money for the capabilities it offers.
For us to achieve this we try to keep the capacities of the system at a
level for a majority of our customers’ requirements.
If you are a customer who needs additional data storage or
higher levels of support then we can provide this at an additional cost so please contact us for further details.

Extra 100 Mbs Storage |

Whilst we supply a basic level of a 100 Mbs (Megabytes) storage capacity with Amplified Cloud,
some customers may wish to store more information than others.
To put the amount of space used in perspective, 29,000 records in the CRM part
of the application comes to around 6Mbs*.
Other users who add multiple large images to the shopping cart
may rapidly exceed the 100Mbs limit.
We will inform you prior to you incurring any additional costs,
so you may make a decision about your data requirements.
*The amount of data stored will vary, depending on the quantity of information added about a customer.

Human readable outputs present your data in a way that is easily read.
With Amplified Cloud we do not provide backups for a number of reasons,
the primary reason being that most backups can only be read by the
software that produced them.
Human readable outputs mean you can read your data,
and if necessary import it into other systems.

Domain mapping / Aliasing |

For some of our customers they like all the pages on the
website to be listed as their domain name, not the usual
drc0000___.dirres.net format. We have to make an additional charge
of £25 per year for this service.
We can apply this service, if you request it, at any stage.
The purchasing or not purchasing of this service has no effect
on features or other services offered with Amplified Cloud (i.e.
if your happy framing your domain through to your
drc website then you don’t need to buy this extra service).
